The important stuff, all in one place. Here are answers to the questions I get most often about Sidequest and the binders I make.
When will my order ship?
Everything is 100% made to order. I work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible, and my goal is to have all orders shipped no later than 2 weeks from the time your order is placed.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Absolutely! I love bringing ideas to life. Pokémon is my bread and butter, but I’m also happy to create custom designs for other TCGs like One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and Lorcana. Be aware, custom orders have a longer handling time.
How do you make your binders?
No gatekeeping here! My color binders are UV printed directly onto the binder itself, while my engraved binders are made using an xTool S1 with a 20W laser head.
How do I care for my binder?
Gently wipe your binder with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid excessive rubbing or using too much moisture, especially on engraved binders, as that can cause minor discoloration.
If your binder ends up seriously damaged from staining, rough wear and tear, or something unexpected, send me an email. I’m happy to review those situations on a case-by-case basis and offer a one-time replacement when I can.
I read somewhere about a rewards program?
You sure did! Collecting is expensive enough already, so I wanted to make it a little easier to keep going. After 5 binder purchases, your 6th binder is completely free.
That means any size, engraved or full color, and any pre-made design.
If you’re the kind of collector building out full eras or master sets, my hope is that this gets a couple of binders in your hands for free over time.

Do you offer toploader binders?
Not at this time. I hope to soon!
What binders do you use?
At the moment, I use VaultX binders for most colors, with white being the main exception where I use Bindrz binders. In the coming weeks, I’m hoping to transition to my own custom line of Sidequest binders, made with acid-free, PVC-free, and RoHS/REACH-compliant materials for safe long-term storage.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Returns are accepted on unused binders within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
