Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sidequest. Each order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 weeks. Processing time is the time needed to prepare, produce, and pack your order before it ships.
Because many of our products are made to order, some items may take longer to process depending on order volume and the nature of the item.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Delivery estimates apply only after your order has shipped. Actual shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Custom and made-to-order items
Many Sidequest products, including custom binders, are made to order. That means additional time may be required before shipment.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship everything together once the full order is ready.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@sidequestemporium.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
Lost, stolen, or marked delivered packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered after they have been shipped.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location, ask neighbors or household members, and contact the shipping carrier directly. If you still need help, reach out and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sidequestemporium.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

We currently ship within the United States only.
